Remuneration Policy

For the main part, our staff members are remunerated on the basis of a fixed salary in line with market conditions. (Depending on the position and assessment there is the possibility that our staff members receive a partial, limited and maximized variable remuneration).

We direct our staff to act ethically, with due care and customer-oriented, focusing on the interests of our clients and our company in the long term. The assessment of these conduct requirements determines both the amount of the fixed and of the variable income of our staff members.
